That would be so easy for a metal worker to do for you.
Why not design what you want and look for a student at your local college looking to earn some extra cash. A hobbyist could make that very easily.
Here in Louisiana there are a couple of stores which may have something like that. One is called Michaels and the other is called the Hobby Lobby.
